FractionalHub Strategy for Illuvium Land Sale
On June 2nd it all kicks off! But first, we watch, we wait…
The Illuvium land sale is upon us, the CoOperative should settle at upwards of 20ETH + to spend on land.
So with the ETH in the bank how do we decide what to purchase and for how much?
The sale will run for 3 days so there is no real rush, the sale will start at 13:00UTC on June 2nd. For us Aussies that means 11 pm AEST.
To get a better scope of which lands are selling for what kind of prices, waiting for at least 12 hours before purchasing to gather up as much insight as possible would be a wise idea.
What things do we have to consider when deciding which lands to move on?
The tier of the land and the entry price are the 2 primary considerations, with the location/ region of that land being secondary.
If we can scout additional lower tier land plots adjoined to our primary land, this will be highly beneficial for improving production efficiency later on when connecting plots is possible.
Additional lower-tier lands if joined to a tier 3+ land will get the boost offered by the Landmark.
The CoOperative will watch and wait to gather market research before finding the opportune moment to strike.
While the first 12–18 hours of the sale goes on, a CoOperative Live stream discussion will be on in the discord group for all to enter and discuss market findings as a CoOperative.
After 12–18 hours the free market should have found an equilibrium on the fair pricing regarding regions and tiers, it's my expectation that Crimson Waste will be the most expensive region to purchase land in, for the reason that Rhampyre (the Charizard of Illuvium), one of the highest damage dealing AOE Illuvial's is most commonly found there.
Tho whether that will mean a premium is yet to be determined.
